Do I have to be a member to use the Spa?

Our Spa is open to the public. You are welcome to bring your family and friends in.

 

If I am a club member do I receive a discount on services?

Club members receive a 10% discount on all spa services, but this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or specials.

 

Do you have gift certificates?

Absolutely, the best compliment you could give us is to refer your friends and family. We offer gift certificates in any denomination and for any service.

 

Can I bring my kids with me?

First and foremost, your children are always welcome in the spa, we even offer express services that are great for children. The health club does offer free child care, ask for available times when scheduling your appointments.

 

Do I need to have an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but we do recommend scheduling an appointment in advance (especially for multiple services) so that we may better accommodate your needs.

 

When should I arrive for my appointment?

For first time esthetic or massage appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. For all other appointments, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early. We do our best to stay on time for all of our appointments.

 

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

While we understand unavoidable events do occur, we ask that you please be considerate of your service provider since time is reserved for your appointment. Please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel your service. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for those who abuse this policy.
